Google Bad Review 1: They never had appointments, they receptionists are rude and ask you why you need to see a doctor ( that I will must tell to the doctor, is confidential and I don’t have to discuss it with a receptionist)
You call at 8am in the morning and don’t pick the phone until 9 just to tell they don’t have more appointments available for the day. They said they don’t give appointments in advance, but later they offer u appointment for the next week or so.
When finally I’m blessed with an appointment every time I’m going a different doctor is attending me, reading my medical history for the first time in their life’s at the moment I step In the room. I’ve never received any treatment for my illness, just told to take paracetamol for my artritis and do exercise, didn’t want to send me for a scanner cz they said it cost money but I’m paying my taxes and nin, so is already paid in it? It’s not for free.
This centre is a joke.
I’ve felt discriminated bcz of my national Origen which is non British
