Google Bad Review 1: I just wanted to say I'm incredibly disappointed in their services, and will never be recommending or using when it comes to selling my property.
I enquired about a flat for sale by calling, and was told the agent representing this property would call me back the next day.
It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from – absolutely ridiculous and SO unprofessional. Clearly they don't care about making commissions.

Google Bad Review (2): A very unpleasant situation when we were supposed to move out. Waited for the deposit to be returned a long time, after sending plenty of emails to the agent we dealt during the contract , Anish, and to the manager directly, with no reply. After a last one mentioning we will take it further, the agent texted back instead of emailing. Also, it was agreed that after we move out he would take the letters coming at that address after a week and we would come over to the agency to take them. I was really dissapointed when he told me that it is not his job to go to the property and do so, even if he confirmed it to me previously. Since March, I did not get any of my mailing letters from that property. During our 4 year renting contract, we never disturbed the agency with requests, as we did all the work and remewing as it was our own house. That is the main reason why the disappointment was bigger at the end of the contract. Also, to mention that we paid £600 when starting the first year contract and £200 every year for renewal, which is a lot comparing to our current letting agent we have rented the house from.
