Google Bad Review 1: I ordered customised hair from Dalanda, I wanted 28” unprocessed virgin hair, double drawn, one donor, I paid £500 and I had the worse experience. The first order came and it was a nightmare, the hair was so tangled, it was obviously a mix of different hair, impossible to manage and it looked like I never brushed the hair, extremely messy. Then Dalanda kindly exchanged the hair and the second order came 3-4 weeks later, the only improvement was that there were less tangles but I washed the hair and I realised that it has been dyed as it’s not only one donor but a mix of hair, so it is not virgin hair and the hair is quite thin in the ends so not really double drawn to me and the worse is that even if you wash and straighten it, you have to brush it constantly to make it look good, otherwise it gets so messy, which makes sense when it’s a mix of different hair, very poor quality. And now Dalanda is ignoring my messages, very poor customer service, I am really disappointed. As she didn’t suggest anything, I asked if I could get 50% back as the product I got, it is clearly not what I ordered but she refused.
In the pictures you can see that the colour of the hair was black at first and then it got brown after washing it twice.
After reading Dalanda’s response I think it’s very childish and unprofessional, I made this review so no one experience the same. I did use a keratin treatment after wearing the hair for one week because it was too frizzy, the hair gets very messy if you don’t brush it every 30 minutes, even after the treatment it’s still really bad. I will make a complaint because the hair is so poor quality. I won’t use the hair and I paid £500. You keep talking about your policy, but if you don’t receive the right product, it doesn’t apply and the only way to know if the hair is good is by wearing it. Dalanda should have checked the quality of the product before sending it.

Google Bad Review (2): Impossible to reach. I’m travelling so I don’t have a phone for calls just WhatsApp and messaging emails etc. I needed to cancel my appointment 47 hours before rather than 48 hours before, but wasn’t able to do so as uses an automated booking system with no contact email listed. Only way was to leave a message in the contact us now box which is clearly also automated. And now I get an email saying missed appointment £85 forfeited.
