Google Bad Review 1: Booking with Croatia wave was a terrible idea! In the lead up to the festival the organization throughout was ridiculous. You think you've paid for everything until something would pop up again and again. Looks are beyond deceiving regarding accommodation, paid for a premium room and it was so basic, worst room even compared to those who paid for standard.
Everyone we spoke to who booked with Croatia wave had multiple complaints. Do not book with them if you can help it or prepared yourself for the worst!! We were taken to all 3 check points because Croatia wave team were confused. Asked for the difference in money back for premium and standard nothing back. Told we'd be 10 minute walk from everything (LIE!!!)
Those who booked with Fresh island were happy, no complaints heard. Announcements were terrible! Told Chris Brown won't perform due to weather so left, then he was at a club performing! Downloaded app to make sure to get announcements and it was useless too. So disappointed!!!

Google Bad Review (2): We had a very bad experience in 2016 like many others, issue from ants in the apartment to not getting what we paid for. We waited 3 days to finally move rooms even though we paid for premium which led us to miss a lot of the preparties and beack parties basically due to there lies we missed the forst 3 days of a 5 day holiday.
On the last day we were abandoned when our transfer didn't show up. We ended up missing our flight which with our luck was delayed 8 hours.
After contacting them they promised us a refund like other which NO ONE has received and they have basically gone into hiding not anwering calls emails or social media messages. Fresh Island was unorganised but fun DO NOT GO WITH CROATIA WAVE!!!!
