Google Bad Review 1: If you’re considering buying a pet here you should really think twice, I bought my bunny here last week where I realised it was scratching quite a lot and had a scab on its ear, I still bought it as one of the staff members had ensured me that another bunny must’ve scratched it as they “play fight” but they surely don’t have any fleas. The scratching only got worse when I got home which caused my bunny to get another scab on it’s ear. I was made an appointment today with the vet where the consultation was covered by them to check if the bunny has fleas and it obviously came out that it did but covering the cost of the consultation I had to buy the medicine & I mean I understand getting a pet comes with costs but why should I have to pay for anything being given a bunny which already had fleas?! You shouldn’t sell it in the first place or at least take responsibility instead of arguing with a customer blaming me telling me it must’ve gotten fleas from a Fox in a garden? I obviously told the lady, Wendy, that I don’t think it’s right that I should pay but she continued to speak over me ensuring me that my bunny got fleas from a fox outside? When my bunny hasn’t been outside since I got him & is an indoor bunny? My bunny even has loss of hair from scratching so much on its neck I mean that takes longer than a week (which is how long I’ve had him) to happen. Take care of the pets you sell & take responsibility if someone comes to you and says you sold them a pet who clearly has fleas instead of arguing and being very unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2): This is probably my first and only review on google, but felt the need to leave this review to warn others. I am absolutely appalled with Companion Care Vets Chingford. They are absolutely terrible at answering the phones and do not return messages. I have spent a full working day ringing them, to no avail. To make matters worse, they seem to have a faulty voicemail service. No other vet will take my pet until they have retrieved his info from this vet, but Companion Care wont pick up the phone! This has happened several times in the past, but today is the worst it's ever been. Even when you go there, nobody is at the front desk, the place is a complete Ghost town. It's not a good idea to register you pet here if you care about them because in the case of an emergency, Companion Care are nowhere to be found! My pet is unwell and unable to get any medical advice or attention. Avoid this place!
