Google Bad Review 1: Had my hair cut and coloured. Cut was fine, colour was nothing like what I had asked for. Hair was dyed a brassy, ginger colour when I had requested blonde balayage. Had to return for them to ‘fix it’ and wasted 8 hours at the salon. End product still not what I had wanted and I was charged full price. Emailed and phones multiple times to discuss with manager but had no response. Avoid at all costs!!

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn't go back there.
They were selling these quite neat vouchers for £60 (worth £300 procedures in salon) with the promise that they will treat you nicely in the salon (like royalties were the exact words) and do WHATEVER (i have 2 colors on my hair – ombre – and i specifically asked if they could just do the same without changing it) you want to be done – all included in the package. And man, the girls who advertised that were SO DAMN good- at first we didn't want to buy, because £60 are a bit too much for us, but they got us so excited with their false promises that we went for it. They promised us nice time, drinks, fun and beautiful hairstyles, because they counted on us giving them positive feedback.
Too good to be true right? You wouldn't think that they would scam you and risk some bad reviews, right?
Wrong.
First of all they were quite rude and cold and so unwelcoming, and not only weren't we able to get the hairstyle (a simple OMBRE/ which is half head of color basically, but we were dismissed so abruptly) we wanted without extra charge, but they refused to give us a refund even if we didn't use the voucher at all, because you see, underneath on the voucher, with small print it says that you are entitled to a refund in the first 7 days. Frankly even if i could use it for the other treatment they put me off so much and I didn't feel confident enough in their hands.
And since no one told you that you can't have whatever you want when you bought it(they even ensured you that you can for FREE – included in the voucher and blah blah blah) and there were of course no available free appointments before the 7th day, so you couldn't possibly know that they can't fulfill your wishes and if you would eventually need refund or not, you are pretty much screwed.
For them it might not be a lot of money, but for people like us £60 is a big amount. They took my money and I won't have them back.
Bottom line: Please don't make my mistake. I feel lied to and ripped off and I doubt that i would buy any sort of voucher from anywhere anytime soon, even if its legit.
Worst experience ever. Good lesson thought.
