Google Bad Review 1: Completely destroyed my hair with cheap bleach that was left on for way to long as was attending to other customers all through out my appointment forgetting about the copious amounts of bleach burning my head. My very curly hair is now destroyed and dead straight in places. Only drawn in for the 50% offer was originally quoted £120 to be told at my appointment it would actually cost £150 (normally being £300, worst mistake was not walking out then). After about a week of washing, my hair turned all shades of pink, orange and yellow i asked to come in and get it fixed (assuming to be free) to be blamed for the change in colour and that i would probably have to pay for fixes. AVOID at all costs unless you enjoy rude hairdressers with ridiculous prices.

Google Bad Review (2): Visited this salon a couple of times and really liked it however recently in my last visit there was a dog in the salon the whole time as one of the other clients brought her dog with her, it personally made me really uncomfortable and stopped me from enjoying the experience and my treatment. The client had even brought the pets bed with her and left it in the middle of the salon to take pictures of it. Understand it might be convenient for her to bring her pet along but what about the other clients who look forward to their me time who might not necessarily be comfortable with dogs? Ladies who work there are great but mani pedi, blowdry with a dog next to you? No thanks unhygienic loud and just not what you want in a beauty salon. No go for me unfortunately
