Google Bad Review 1: I missed my appointment due to a medical emergency in my family – I called later in the day to explain. staff were uncompassionate and not understanding at all they told me to come in the next day and i – was charged for a private appointment when I was initially booked as an NHS patient! would not recommend – very rude staff and greedy , would avoid at all costs – they do not care about ‘sub-par' NHS patients – the woman on reception desk made that very clear

Google Bad Review (2): I went for a cleaning and they treated me very well later at the reception I told him to make an appointment. The doctor gave me the appointment for 27 and it turns out that when I get there he tells me that he is not on the computer the appointment told me that he could not To do nothing, Dr. could only see me for five minutes between the two patients. The woman insisted that the doctor was going to see me. She said that not that I had lost my time and because of her incompetence, I lost my time and said Ella if you justified yourself by apologizing It is a disorganized and rude staff and besides I had to wait when the mistake was theirs not Mio and 5 min and I had to pay no thanks
