Carers should be valued and paid properly rather than the company paying them low wages and that does not even take into account taxes. I am sure management pay themselves very well. Carers are active fir12 hours but will only be paid for 7 or 8 hours. This basically slavery. There must be change immediately or there should penalties imposed on Maksanus
