Google Bad Review 1: The experience looking the wedding band in this shop makes me sick. Their sales, different with other brands, like BVLGAIR introduced the benefits and drawbacks of each one we asked about, or Chaumet, their sales spend a long time to help us for the most suitable size. In Chopard, when there were no other customers and there are many chairs in the shop, Chopard’s sale just let us standing before the display unit and showed us with unsuitable rings to try. That sales is arrogant, give us unsuitable size without any explanation whether they have no available size now or others and when we want to try both males’ and female’s, she only allow us to try one at a time. Finally, we bought Chaumet’s wedding ring, and maybe Chaumet should appreciate Chopard since their bad service make us realise we are purchasing not only a jewellery, but also service from a brand. I don’t want to be angry my whole life every time when I need to go chopard for rings maintenance.
