Google Bad Review: They make you jump through hoops then find excuses not to help your children. Was told I needed to go on a parenting course before referral, which I did, then to be told I need to go through my GP which I did, then problems arose with my postcode and not being able to access service although I did previously. Used to be better, now they would rather make your kids suffer.
