Google Bad Review 1: For the past 2 weeks I have been contacting this place for a refund, for a massage that i didn't receive.
I called to book 2 massages, after taking the voucher code for 1 they ended the call. I called them back and tried to find out what date they booked me in for but they couldn't find my details…make of that what you Will!
after speaking to a lady several times she told me to contact Groupon to get a refund because I missed my appointment. Groupon told me I need to get email confirmation from cheeva thai spa saying that I didn't receive a massage…they are reluctant to reply to my emails…why??? When I call they say they haven't received anything and can't help me. I asked them why they couldn't just book me in another slot? They said they couldn't because they are to busy.
Throughout every conversation there was just a passive aggressive tone, blaming me for missing the appointment, everytime I explain that i did not get told a date or time she said ‘im really sorry, your case is closed now,sorry I can't help you'…to help they could have;
Rescheduled me.
Replied to my emails.
they clearly did not want to help me.
They still got paid at the end of the day but I didn't get a massage.

Google Bad Review (2): I would not recommend this place. I tried to book a treatment using a voucher but whilst trying to the lady was very rude, impatient and raising her voice. When I asked her why she was being rude she said she was busy and didn’t have time and hung up on me. How can you go somewhere after being spoken to in this way? I am now trying to get a refund back for my voucher.
This is not the way to treat clients. If you can not be kind do not do this job.
Your customer service is unacceptable.
