Google Bad Review 1: Do not go here. I booked a gel pedicure and arrived early. After an hour the only thing that had happened was a foot bath. The owner’s seemingly 15 year old daughter hap hazardously pushed my cuticles back but that’s really it. I told the owner I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave( wasn’t even angry at this point just couldn’t wait any longer) she told me I needed to pay £25 for the “pedicure”. Insane. I spoke with other customers on their way out who frequent a different business in the same spot and they said that if 20 customers come in, 19 will either complain or leave. It’s ridiculous, disingenuous and a waste of time and money.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointing experience. I had a shellac manicure. Firstly when I asked for the price the owner told me it was £30 even though on the website and leaflet it says £25. Secondly, the service and quality were very poor. There were other customers waiting, which I understand can be stressful as there was only one person doing nails in the whole studio. However, because of this my nails were done very quickly with poor quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money. Probably worst customer experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Can definitely not recommend it!!
