Google Bad Review 1: Arranged to view a car – prior to viewing checked several times if there were any obvious issues with the car and the answer was a confident NO everytime. Test drove the car after a 1.5 hrs drive there to find out a strong drill machine type of sound inside the car while driving. Pretty annoying to misguide your potential buyers and waste their time and effort! Very poor and dishonest service! Upon complaining I was advised ‘whatever the issue is it will be fixed for you' which obviously is not good enough as the chances are they'll do a cheap temp fix just to sell the car. Felt the person Paul (assume he's the manager) had no interest in making a sale given his attitude.

Odd that they can't find the sale from 2 years ago! Was sold by Paul, the car was returned several times for repairs which failed. I eventually got a refund but no apology and a very bad attitude!
