Google Bad Review 1: Beware! Sold my car here and noticed it is currently being falsely advertised as having had one previous owner when I know for a fact it has had more. In addition, I left my sat nav in car when I sold it and when I asked to come pick it up I was rudely told by staff it was ‘part of the sale' and if I wanted it back I would need to pay £50! The Sat Nav was NOT agreed as part of the sale on the contract signed. Feeling very disappointed in the petty and dishonourable sales practices.
