Google Bad Review 1: FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!
Purchased a car from Jerry and Faraz last year,
within a couple of days, a warning light came up and then less than a couple of days after, the engine blew. They illegally lied about putting warranty on the car and tried to get me to cover the full cost of a new engine! They were adamant that there was warranty on the car, even going as far as to fabricate a fake warranty receipt. I was told that I as a customer could not contact the warranty company because they wouldn’t speak to me as the contract was between the dealership and the warranty company (another lie)
It wasn’t until I phoned up the warranty company that they claimed they used that I was informed by the company that they had absolutely no dealings with auto house ltd and confirmed that they had fraudulently lied about putting warranty on the vehicle.
I WAS WITHOUT A CAR FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS DUE TO THEIR ANTICS AND THEIR LIES. IT WAS ONLY AFTER CONTACTING THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AND THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY THAT THEY ADMITTED THEIR LIES AND WERE FORCED TO RETURN MY MONEY! AVOID AT COSTS!

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid! Rude, expensive, and not very professional
Cars are decent but you pay a lot more at this dealer as opposed to other dealers. The owners are rude and unless you're buying an expensive car, they'll make remarks like “It's only a £4000 car, so you can't expect the best” etc when I've seen loads of cars out there and you can find way better cars for the same price. With such comments they are trying to make the customers feel inferior.
Another thing I noticed is that they are using their cars in their free time when driving around, going on holidays etc. I enquired about an Audi A7 just to see it's price and how good it was and one of them replied “It's an amazing car, I took it up to Sheffield the other day with my family”. This clearly shows that the cars aren't just for sale but they are actually using them in their own time as well, adding more mileage and wear and tear to them. Wouldn't recommend them. Go for more reputed dealers elsewhere.
