Google Bad Review 1:  Substandard so called artists with zero attention to detail and below average care.

Commissioned true colours to design a full sleeve for me. Used James and Benj. Was advised by both that between them I would have an awesome sleeve, nothing could be further from the truth.

Both spent zero time on the design. They didn't use any pictures/ideas I sent in via email. The charged me for 12hrs of work but I spent less that 8hrs in the chair. Not only that but I have actually been scared on one point of the tattoo where James has actually gone too deep with the needle (I am seeking legal advice on this) The sleeve is only half finished and i have refused to go back. So far i have paid £1k and now having to go to another studio for a complete cover up from what they have stuck on my skin. How these can call themselves artists is criminal. I rang and spoke to the studio manager Paul and expressed my disappointment at not only the quality of work but how I also felt I was being ripped off by them. He mentioned he would call me back to discuss its now been over 3 weeks and nothing. I'm sorry but if someone accused me of bad practice and ripping customers off I would have been back in touch within an hour.

My advice to anyone who's thinking of getting a new tattoo avoid these guys like the plaque and go to one of the many other local studios that actually care about the quality of work they permanently mark on your body. Don't be fooled by the so called awards they have or by the work that's on their socials. You've been warned guys.

The first 6hr session paid for, which you rushed through in 3 ½ hrs but charged me for the 6, you actually did free hand, no stencil and none of my pics taken in consideration, so blatant lie as with the rest of your reply. After the first session I contacted you and complained about the quality of work if you remember correctly, you then called me in 2 weeks later in an attempt to rectify the mistakes you made. Even during this call back you rushed through and made me feel like I was interrupting your day. Even then the work carried out was substandard to call the least.

For the record I've shown your so called art work to 3 other studios and none can believe what mess you have created. If all my comments were incorrect why no follow up from my concerns?? Because you know exactly what you have done… you shouldn't be in the business of permanently inking anyone.

And before the manager mentions the tattooist came a long way to get here, he arrived 10 minutes after me so what was he doing for the other 1 hour 25 minutes? Very unprofessional. *UPDATE* I left this review explaining that you were unprofessional!
