Google Bad Review 1:  I have happily used Frontier in the past for both a tattoo and piercings.

However, recently I booked a tattoo a month in advance only to be called to say that they ‘ballsed up' and had double booked the appointment by accident. After stating that I was in the middle of a two-hour drive down to Cardiff for the tattoo, I was told that ‘sh** happens'.

I appreciate honest mistakes happen, but this sort of response is appalling. I would have appreciated some sort of attempt to rectify the situation that day or at least some genuine empathy.

The situation was handled terribly and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a tattoo.

Google Bad Review (2):  Says on their website piercings are £10 on a Wednesday. I booked a day off work just so I could get my nipple pierced. Upon arrival I was told I would have to wait until 1:30pm (I arrived at 12) as they don't take piercing bookings and the next ‘wave' of forms were to be released at 1:30, I thought fair enough and went for a walk around the city centre.
I returned at 1:10 and was told I couldn't wait in the shop but after explaining that I was just going to wait outside, (I had come into town for this reason only) I was allowed to take a seat inside the shop. Still, I had to wait until 1:30 to sign the form, by this time others were waiting to get piercings too. Once 1:30 had hit, everyone just charged to the desk to fight for a form, rather than an orderly queue.
Finally after filling in this form I went to the desk to pay but was then told nipple piercings were not part of the deal. I'm not upset by the fact the nipple piercing is not part of the deal just the fact that it says nothing on their website on what piercings are included in the offer and what piercings are not. What should of taken 10 minutes of my day ended up taking two hours and I didn't even get what I came for, nor did I get an apology for the inconvenience.
