Google Bad Review 1:  This company is full of a bunch of thieves. They withdrew £500 from our account today without any notice. They are now trying to blackmail me to return our money. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. £500!!! For a couple of sets of cheap bed linen. They are thieves.. do not use them it is not worth the headache.

Google Bad Review (2):  I hired airlinen for the cleaning and laundry hire for my AirBNB property. We lasted 6 appointments before I had to cancel their services. On 5 of the 6 appointments the cleaner was late and this impacted my guests' arrival on several occasions. On 2 of those occasions the cleaner was over 4 hours late! Whilst the cleaning was to a good standard the inability to work to the required time slots completely jeopardised my business and airbnb rating. I advise other hosts to avoid this company at all costs.

The pre move action list was not carried out in full. I suffer from chronic respiratory problems and had been very specific about my sensitivities to pollutants. The agency failed to disclose the flat has zero insulation against cigarette smoke from neighbours and all my belongings after two weeks smell borderline smoke damaged, not to mention the major contributions its made to the decline in my personal health. Room for improvement on meeting client needs.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very dissapointed in the way me and my girlfriend have been treated by the director. Have had our time wasted and will not use this company again.

Google Bad Review (2):  We contracted a furnished property but when we came in… surprise! there were no furniture!! They arranged some new furniture after some days so it was ok (thanks we still had the previous property, otherwise I could have slept on the floor!). The real issues came when we left the property. We waited ages for the deposit to be back to our account as they were no responsive (we always paid on time). During the check out even tried to charge us for a useless hover that they previously asked to put in the bin. If you decide to go ahead, keep evidence on writing of absolutely everything.

To put another of how unreasonable they were is when they considered that £120 was a fair amount to paint a room, after living there for 37 month and the apartment never being decorated during that time! Specially when the citizen advice website quotes: “Your landlord can't take money from your deposit for ‘reasonable wear and tear' – this means things that would gradually get worse or need replacing over time, for example paintwork, or a piece of furniture”.

The only option the managing partner gave was to dispute this and wait longer time! I hope this explains why 1 star
