Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) They didn't provide me the service they promised me (single room with internet), I was in an “alternative” situation. Internet sucked, as soon as you left the modem the signal practically disappeared. In the room next to mine there was a Spaniard who smoked an incredible amount of marijuana every day, and although I pointed it out to him, they ignored the fact. You do not come alive, check in and out you have to do it online, finding or leaving keys in the rooms, without control, except a security box with a code where you can find the keys on arrival.

Non mi hanno fornito il servizio che mi hanno promesso (stanza singola con internet), sono stato in una situazione “alternativa”. Internet faceva schifo, appena ti allontanavi dal modem il segnale praticamente spariva. Nella stanza affianco alla mia c'era uno spagnolo che fumava tutti i giorni una quantità allucinante di marijuana, e nonostante glielo facessi notare ignoravano il fatto. Non si fanno vivi, il check in ed out te lo devi fare online, trovando o lasciando chiavi nelle stanze, senza controllo, tranne una cassettina di sicurezza con un codice dove trovi le chiavi all'arrivo.

Google Bad Review (2):  I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.
The staff is very unhelpful. I had a huge problem with mould in my room and let them know multiple times but never received any help. The entire wall was covered in black mould and no one did anything about it. In general the house was not very clean either.
Despite having so much trouble with the mould, I didn’t even get the full deposit back, because of several unnecessary fees that they charged me.
On top of that, all of the tenants had to leave much earlier than they had planned, because they simply gave up our house.
I will not be booking anything with EazyCity again.
