Google Bad Review 1:  I'm struggling to find a reason to justify one star here. There were hardly any toppings on our pizzas, just plenty of sauce. Deep pan isn't really deep at all. And the pizzas lack flavour. For such overpriced pizzas, I would have expected much more continental flavours, as the names suggest. I don't plan on spending money at London pizza depot again, first time was truly disappointing.

Google Bad Review (2):  I made an order on 23 March when the branch had newly opened via their website. Order arrived extremely late but was expected as they had only opened but they also missed out my ice cream on my dessert. Spoke to a young lady who was very empathic and said that they would record it on their notes to send out a dessert with the ice cream when we next ordered. When I did make another order, no notes had been recorded, plus their records showed no indication that we had ordered before. The customer service from the manager was very poor even though I had asked him to double check and sadly it is very unlikely I will order from this branch again.

Google Bad Review 1:  Wow, despite the rubbish reviews I thought I’d give these guys a chance. I rang and placed my order with a friendly helpful guy. He said 45-60mins. After an hour and 20mins I rang and he said my order was on its way. I then get a phone call from the guy making the food stating apparently the delivery guy dropped all the food and it was all ruined. That includes pizza, kebab, chicken wings and chips. I said ‘what all of it?’ And he said yes. He said he could make me more pizza but had ran out of kebab. This is when I felt he was being completely dishonest. I told him to cancel the order and he said ok and offered me a measly 20% off my next order. It’s now 9:40pm and me and my family have no food. So disappointed with this awful service.

Get call! Driver sent to wrong address! We waited for him to arrive downstairs. He was waving the bag around and double checking with restaurant! Despite having the correct address and my partner’s telephone number (which just rang)

Finally get the food our, excited, our first takeaway!

Food seeping out of bags. Lukewarm. Greasy marks. Typically my partner was starving so ate some of his with extra chilli .

My butter chicken was greasy lumpy gloopy completely inedible! . So I only has onion Bhaji

Partner so disappointed, rang to complain! Kept being offered a new butter chicken. But by this stage I couldn’t face it! Partner asked for a refund and said he would leave bad review. Was told “You’re new to the area! Watch your back”. Asked if it was a threat ? Phone put down! Be careful

Google Bad Review 1:  Ordered a quesadilla, nachos and tostadas, from the £20 order the only edible thing was the quesadilla, and even that wasn't that great. The meat used as toppings on nachos and tostadas was cold and disgusting, no flavour whatsoever, horrible even for a takeaway place quality. For that price I was expecting a bit more effort. Terrible customer service as well. Called the restaurant 3h after my food was delivered and the man on the phone couldn't care less about the fact the food was inedible (it was inedible at the time of delivery already). Do yourself a favour and do not order from them, you're better off with McDonald's. Waste of my £20, I'm fuming.

The food I ordered was unacceptable. I could not eat it and I have wasted my time and money on this. I am very disappointed. I ordered a beef burrito, but what came was discusting, the beef looked burnt and like it had been left out all day or as if it had been cooked days ago and had been left to go stale in a fridge. It did not smell fresh at all it had a funky smell. It was not wrapped the way a traditional burrito is supposed to be. The rice that came along with it just made me heave as I took the lid off the container the smell was unbareable. Also the look of the rice I have never seen before. This is not what I expected when I placed my order. I am not new to Mexican food and have had it from many many different places for many years but what I received today was totally unacceptable. I have had to throw the food out and I have never in my life been forced to throw out a delivery, ever, so you must understand how appalling this food was. Now the nachos that I ordered was supposed to have chicken on top but what is on top looks more like beef to me. Again the beef dose not smell fresh but It was not as bad as the beef in the burrito. I ate a quarter of the nachos as I was really hungry by the time my order had arrived but as I ate I was sickened by the unfresh taste and decided to stop and throw it away also. I am very unhappy about this so much so that I have had to write. If I could put one star I would and I will be writing to somebody higher because I will be getting compensated for this
