Google Bad Review 1: I'm struggling to find a reason to justify one star here. There were hardly any toppings on our pizzas, just plenty of sauce. Deep pan isn't really deep at all. And the pizzas lack flavour. For such overpriced pizzas, I would have expected much more continental flavours, as the names suggest. I don't plan on spending money at London pizza depot again, first time was truly disappointing.

Google Bad Review (2): I made an order on 23 March when the branch had newly opened via their website. Order arrived extremely late but was expected as they had only opened but they also missed out my ice cream on my dessert. Spoke to a young lady who was very empathic and said that they would record it on their notes to send out a dessert with the ice cream when we next ordered. When I did make another order, no notes had been recorded, plus their records showed no indication that we had ordered before. The customer service from the manager was very poor even though I had asked him to double check and sadly it is very unlikely I will order from this branch again.
