Google Bad Review 1: I ordered a meal last night, they said it wil be delivered within an hour, after 1 hour and 10 mins, I called and asked if there was any sign of our meal, he said confirmed our order was ready and that he was waiting on the driver to come back and pick it up, 15 mins later I called back to ask if his driver was back as i was concious that the meal was sitting on the side waiting to be collected and had been standing for 25 mins, to our knowledge, he said that there was a lot of traffice and it was wet and that he only had one driver, i asked if he was in a car or motor bike, he said the latter, i explained that where i lived he wouldnt touch traffic and i'd give them to half past to update me, normaly i'd be cool and understanding, but not once did the guy apologise or show any kind of empathy, he was very matter of fact, he did'nt even say he'd make sur eour food was fresh, I felt he didn't care, due to the massive customer base he has, the dirver arrived, we turned him away and apologised and explained what happend, he was more apologetic than his boss. A meesage to the Mayflower owner, employ two more drivers on you're busiest nights and pay them a good rate and they'll stay along with your customers
