Google Bad Review 1:  I am writing this review as a potential client to share constructive feedback on Loubelle's customer service. I booked several services with Loubelle but had to cancel 6 hours past the 48-hour cancellation window (my appt was Saturday and I called Thursday afternoon) because my family caught Covid and I had to take care of them, and could no longer make my appointment. I had already paid £55 deposit, half of the charges, and was requesting if I could just postpone my appointment to a later date. Lou stated that my cancellation would put her whole morning out, that it would be difficult to book someone in on such late notice, and that it was difficult to run your own business. So, she said the best she could do is cancel my appointment and if someone booked in on my time slot, she would refund me my money. As a former business owner myself, I completely understood where she was coming from. Number one, it can be hard to get customers, especially during times like these. But also, number two, it can be hard to keep customers. As a business, you can be transparent, but only to a certain degree where you shouldn't turn away new customers.  After we hung up, I realised Lou could have done this: kept my deposit and rescheduled my appointment to a later time. Had she done this, I would have booked my appointment, paid the remaining £55 for the services and due to her willingness to keep a potential customer happy, she would have gained a new, loyal customer. Although I can understand her from a business owner's standpoint, I can also say she has turned away a potential customer, one who actually remains loyal. Now, instead of booking again with Lou who is much closer to where I'm based, I plan to go back to my usual lady who I am willing to travel for all the way in Tooting. Hope this is useful for Lou and any potential customers!

Google Bad Review 1:  I would not advice anyone to have their hair colour done at this salon. They did my hair colour and I was appalled by the result and their attitude when I told them I did not like it. I had to go to a different salon to correct the colour, because they would not do it. Daniel Mikhael Hair & Beauty, one block down on Porchester Place corrected my hair and they were actually appalled themselves by some orange colour they found on my hair. They also told me they get a lot of disappointed customers from that salon and its reputation is not as good as they claim it to be. Fe salon also charged me nearly double than what I paid elsewhere. A very negative experience overall.

Google Bad Review 1:  When I came to the salon for my perfecting session with Amanda I asked her to apply as many strokes as needed to completely cover the gaps. She seemed irritated when I mentioned that I didn’t see much of an improvement from my first session and told me that the point of this 2nd session was to fill those gaps. The following day I was very upset when I looked at my brows and noticed that there was not much difference and still many gaps. I called the salon and left a message with Amanda’s colleague who told me she would call me when she returns. I still had not heard back after two weeks so I left another voice message. Two days later still nothing so I called the salon, Amanda answered but we then got cut off. When I tried calling back there was no answer. I decided to go to the salon as I felt like she was avoiding me. On arrival I was not welcomed, Amanda was with a client but totally ignored me. I said hello and told her I had left two messages … she quite aggressively said ‘I was going to respond I’ve been busy’ then told me to wait. I showed her where there were still many gaps. I have never been treated with such rudeness and hostility. The next 15 minutes Amanda went on the attack, saying that I had asked her to not do too many strokes .. this was untrue. She then said that microblading does not look like hair and that you need to still apply makeup after the treatment. Both of these statements are incorrect and the point of this treatment is that it mimics real hair and you do not have to apply makeup if the treatment is done properly. Amanda cut corners on my treatment, spending only 45 minutes when the treatment should take 1.5 hrs. She then lied about the treatment to avoid admitting she had not completed my session properly. She was unprofessional, defensive and rude. I have never been treated this way, and I would not recommend her for this treatment or any service . She was polite until after I had paid for the treatment, but once she had my money her demeanour changed. I’m upset and disappointed by the entire experience. It was horrible, and shocking. I have since consulted with a Beauty therapist who told me that my brows had not received the full treatment and there are many gaps that she should have filled. I feel like I have been robbed. Amanda should not be doing this treatment as she has no knowledge of microblading. The two photos below show the difference of my experience with this treatment. The photo with just the brows is Amanda’s, as you can see there are many gaps and light areas. The full picture is when I had the treatment in Almaty. It was exactly the same treatment but in Almaty she spent much longer and did the job properly. Amanda clearly did not! Terrible experience, incomplete treatment and a very rude and unprofessional beauty therapist!

Appointment before last for a facial felt very rushed and not at all relaxing but gave them the benefit of the doubt but had a massage booked for today and when I got there was told they were too busy to meet the booking!!! Google Bad Review (2):  went for micro blading with Tracey , I did not complete consultation form or had patch test and was not asked any questions about any medical history. She was faffing about and when she finally decided to do the treatment she asked me to draw my eyebrows with a pencil she gave me from her makeup bag. She did not measure or use any tool and poured ink colour from a bottle looking like gene bottle which did not seem like a professional pigmentation bottle. I had to tell her several times how I wanted the shape of the eyebrows, all she kept saying was ‘ eyebrows are meant to sisters and not twins'. This lady does not do as you ask her and is not using professional products for Groupon clients. i have come away with both eyebrows looking different. Also if you want to show pictures of eyebrows she does not want to know. Her receptionist brought her cup of tea which she drank whilst doing my eyebrows, very unprofessional and she was also rummage through her handbag now and then. I now have to wait for my eyebrows to heal and go somewhere else to get them sorted. No regards to what customer wants, not hygienic and definitely not professional. Oh yes couch roll was not changed from the previous client.
