Google Bad Review 1: I started as a member 4 months ago, the customer service was slow and unprofessional from the beginning. Other customer don't know how to share. One day a guy threatened and scream on me for 10 min because I was using his equipment. The manager and other staff didn't did anything. I just cancel my membership. Worst gym ever!!!!

Google Bad Review (2): I have been coming here for three years on and off with children to use the swimming facilities.
The number of times I have had to talk to staff or be told that there is a problem is unbelievable.
Usually the issues are
The childrens pool is always colder than advertised.
There is not always a lifeguard so after showering to get ready to go into the pool the children have to stand at the side for 5mins waiting for the staff, which is cold.
The cleanliness of the surrounding pool is not adequate.
The changing rooms are really unclean, today someone had shaved over the bathroom sink and it was still unclean after a complaint over an hour before.
There are no signs telling people this is not the place to shave after I have complained at least ten times about people with razors and shaving.
The floors are full of hair.
There is no where to put your baby to keep them safe when changing unless in the other changing room which has school children filling it up.
The staff are nice but nothing has changed after years of complaining.
Such a shame as this is our local pool and even has fountains for the children which they love.
