Google Bad Review 1: Terrible terrible service. Won’t be back. Incredibly rude staff (not all i’m sure but the man i dealt with was). Bought a bike there and brought it back for a service, waited in line for half an hour and then was ignored by mechanic for another 10 minutes to be told they can’t service that bike. Even though I bought it there. I’d rather go a bit further and support friendly smaller bike stores.

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor customer service. If you state you close at 5pm, then surely, you should be trading until 5pm ie tills open. I've worked in retail before as member of management and can tell you closing the tills before closing time is not company policy at all.
I arrived inside the store at 16.54 when other people were being served. At 16.55 someone approached me and asked if I needed help, I said I needed to collect an order at which point another gentleman at the till said they are closed? He said they close at 5pm and I should come before 5pm. I simply said smiling, ‘I actually came into the store before 5pm, but sure'. No apologies nothing. There were three staff members free and one staff serving someone else helmets, which makes me think – so when thess customers decide what to buy would you tell them your tills are closed?? It is almost a comical situation to be honest. I know it is bank holidayband everybody wants to go and enjoy this rare hot weather but it would have taken just one of the three staff members 2minutes to collect the order. Also, if you are closed, please don't let customers walk into the store if you are not trading. Very confusing approach to increasing sales and customer service.
