Google Bad Review 1: Hmm, not even visited their Bedford site yet, but they were first asked how much my parents have in terms of money, how much their home was worth and the amount of pension each receives in £. The sales person said it's because they have enquiries from people who can't afford it.
And they have a 6-18% ‘event' fee when parents pass-on and you need to sell their property. That is a fee for selling the apartment. Apparently this is standard, though Churchill and McCarthy Stone don't have it.
The show home is only open Monday to Friday 9-5pm, which is not ideal for working people – kind of suits Inspired Village's staff more than the me and my parents.
The site does look amazing from the brochure, but seem too money-orientated though the focus should be on the care the residents receive.
I hope the Inspired Group read this and amend their approach.
