After driving up from Wales on the day was told I could not have the treatment due to some medication I was taking. The receptionist wasn't the least bit sympathetic. Safe to say I will not be stepping foot inside this clinic again

Google Bad Review (2):  Used to have an amazing girl working there, so used to go religiously for 2 years, every month. Last time, had gone to another beautician, who had burned my skin with a ‘complimentary’ treatment. When I complained to the manager, she only booked me a whole week after my appointment to ‘look at’ my skin, suggesting she didn’t believe my burn, even though I had sent very clear pictures, from all angles. Skin had become more congested, and too aggressive with the extractions. Very very disappointing, and will not be going back. Highly DO NOT recommend this place. Not professional and poor customer service.

Google Bad Review 1:  In response to the owner.

My initial call was at 09:27, I was advised that I will be called right back. I called again at 14:04 as nobody called me back. I was then advised by the call taker that she will chase it up. As mentioned previously, she seemed to be in a hurry to wrap the call up.

I do not have any missed calls. I have received calls today and it is quite coincidental that upon leaving a review, I am informed that allegedly 3 calls were made and my phone was engaged.

I do not think it is unfair that I gave a 1 star review as it is based on my experience and my opinion after all. You stated that you pride yourself on giving the best patient service, I wouldn't know as I didn't get that far however the service I did receive was by no means 5 star service.

Incidentally, I also called another clinic and left a message and they called me back. They didn't appear to have a problem getting through to me. Needless to say, I no longer require your services.

Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.

They created a good look outside and people will hook on the appearance of a salon. If you have a treatment, you will see it straight away they are not experienced. The most of the reviews on a Treatwell and Google are not genuine and more likely purchased online. Do not waste your time & money.

Google Bad Review (2):  I cannot award any stars as my experience of the service was so so poor. In a nutshell please do not waste your time going to this place. I rarely if ever complain or write negative reviews as I tend to err on the side of trying to understand where other people are coming from and giving people the benefit of the doubt. However my experience was so bad I feel compelled to let you all know not to bother going to this place.
I am 35 (almost 36) weeks pregnant with a breech pregnancy. I did my research, phoned the British Acupuncture Council as well as the British Medical Acupuncture Society and was told that it is worth trying moxibustion before medical intervention and that the best time is before 36 weeks. but that even after this time it is worth trying as it can make ECV more effective,
I spoke to very friendly reception staff on the phone who told me I could come in today at 3pm and see Dr Wong who will see me for a consultation then do the treatment.
when I arrived there Dr Wong stood a far distance away looking at me, and did not respond when I smiled and said hello. After a few moments he gestured for me to follow him still not smiling, still no hello. When we sat down he seemed tired, irritated and not present. First he said he would not do the Moxi because it is better between 7 and 8 months then he said that he couldn't do it because they cannot burn things in their building. Even though I had to tell him the names of the medical procedure ECV and the inversion exercise; after not really telling me anything useful and being unfriendly to the point of rudeness, (amounting to about 2 minutes) I was told to buy the herbs and do the procedure myself at home.
I then phoned the London Acupuncture clinic on Harley street who were kind, polite and courteous and told me the procedure is best before 36 weeks and booked me in for a Moxibustion tomorrow (when I turn 36 weeks).
Even though I felt I had wasted my time going to Acumedic, which when you are heavily pregnant and the weather is hot is not a nice experience, I can handle that sort of thing if people are courteous and kind towards me which Dr Wong was most certainly not!

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst customer service. They used to be great but went into administration and the new staff are unhelpful and rude. I had some sessions left over which had an unlimited expiry. After the company went into administration they told me my sessions had expired without any warning. I could not get a refund or do anything about it. And if I ask them to help they just blankly state that there's nothing they can do about it. Had they been more helpful I was considering buying more services from them. But now, definitely not!

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked an appointment for lips filling during the lockdown. Understandable they were closed. They got in touch with me asking me which days are convenient to me to book an appointment. Emailed them back, telling what days I prefer. Had a phone call telling me that only day they have available is Tuesday (when the doctor is not there and the treatment will be done from a nurse). Doesn't feel me with confidence but even so I took the opportunity. A day before my appointment had a voicemail telling me it has been cancelled (doubt it they just found out they won't be open). This was late July. Still no one contact me to rearrange my appointment. Clearly £250 and a potential new patient are not a good enough for them. Really professional, isn't it?

Google Bad Review 1:  I found Lucy Banks via Google and had a consultation with her months ago. I asked her if she could give me a price list for fillers, so she kindly gave me a personalised price list. I then made another appointment with her for tear trough and cheek fillers as I was going away on holiday and wanted to look my best. A few days later, I had a small bruise under one of my eyes and then I noticed lumps and bumps under both of my eyes, which wasn't something I wanted whilst on holiday! I resembled a chipmunk when I smiled and the lumps under my eyes made me look very unnatural. I didn't want to look like a pillowface, especially as I'm under my 40's.

I emailed Lucy about my tear trough fillers, but she never replied back. I understand Lucy will not like seeing negative reviews (as no one does), but I felt compelled to share my story to prevent others to suffer the same misfortune as me. Now I must seek a qualified professional to use hyaluronidase to dissolve the fillers. I am more than happy to provide evidence that I was a real client of Lucy Banks to the staff at Google or anyone for that matter. *** I have chosen to use a pseudonym to protect my identity***.

Was not welcoming
at all .
Not one bit of enthusiasm or professionalism from the staff this why I cancelled my IV treatment that second and just had a vitiboost injection .the owners need to sack all management! I am a large business owner in London, and this is unexpectable and complete dismissals should be made in management level .

My medication was already made up in the syringe when I was called into the room I did not see a new clean needle being opened nor did I see what was in the syringe! Could have been saline solution for all I no Or absolutely anything. The injection it self absolutely killed I'm left with a large lump under the skin and I am not new to regular injection. But this CAN happen but shouldn't in a place like this
I will obviously make a complaint and if it is not satisfactory I will obviously have the full might of my full legal team take them apart . Bit of advice go elsewhere

Google Bad Review (2):  When I first went there the service was very good and the man who treated me was friendly, sensitive and professional. The surroundings seemed clean. I was reassured my injection was done by a health care professional. The injector made sure he was definitely injecting in the right place each time and verbally let me know at each stage of the process what he was doing and why.

However, the last two times I have been the politeness has seemed forced. When you are sticking in a needle into someone and they are paying £29 it is polite to let them warm up to you. The new injector did not make polite chit chat and very little attempt was made to keep me informed.

It was upon this latest visit that I was also aware the chair was very dirty in my room so dirty that I felt extremely uncomfortable about sitting on it and subsequently about whether correct protocols are followed regarding hygiene and needles.

This is a real pity for me.
