Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely 1 million percent do not recommend attending this clinic. (PLEASE READ, VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND CONCERNS)

The staff are absolutely appalling.

I was communicating mainly with David Waller whom is Dr Joney's husband (he told me this himself, still to this day I have no idea why he told me such personal information about himself) and he has completely refused me treatment which I now believe is due to my background.

He seemed to get very defensive and jealous that I specifically requested treatment with Dr Joney himself (come on, it's only normal to request a certain practicitoner with whom you feel has the highest expertise in the treatment that is being delivered) and acted absolutely psychotic in email response to me when I tried to book for treatments.

I have proof of all email messages which I will post in my edit as I can't edit it right now.

When I came for the consultation with Dr Joney, it was absolutely fine and I'm pretty sure he doesn't even have any idea himself that his husband has acted this way and been so discriminatory towards me.

I tried so many times to call back/email/message requesting that there has clearly been a misunderstanding regarding what David assumed (I still have no idea why he got so jealous that I requested treatment from Dr Joney because he blocked me from contracting the actual clinic).

If you are a potential customer, please do not bother wasting your own time and money.

The positive reviews are fake as I have found out to my research therfore, I hope this will help anynody whom has experienced certain issues with this particular clinic. All of the horror stories you hear I can confirm are true due to more experience which I think would be too inappropriate to post on here.

If anybody else has had issues with the staff I have named, please kindly contact me on my Google account. I am reporting the staff to the health training standard's as there is alot I have discovered about the staff that is too distressing to post on such a public platform.

Google Bad Review (2):  !!! THINGS MUST KNOW BEFORE GOING THERE !!!

I WAS ABUSED, UNDERPAID AND FOULED BY MR DE SOUZA

Before starting working with Mr de souza. He emphasized that He wanted a long term partnership ( at least six months).

He also told me that he had issue with his website and hackers tried to hack his website and they went to court ( bla bla bla) A typical
psychological biase to impress your counterpart during a negociation.

After one week, Mr de souza unscrupulously canceled the agreement we had.
His Argument? ” I need to reorganize my entire staff because one member of my staff was missing one day' (Joney, you could be more creative )

1) I worked with Mr de souza and his team before the lockdown. We were supposed to work six month. After one week, Mr de souza canceled everything. First pretending that he wanted to consult his lawyer, later on because one member of his staff was missing. Joney, you have to choose your lie…

2) He rushed the negociation by pretending to sign a contract via email.

3) His partner and the ‘ accountant' always tries to renegotiate the agreement agreed with Mr de souza. He is there to lower the price agreed with his partner Joney.

4) You need to insist before getting paid by his accountant ‘. Send multiple emails, messages, recall. He always tells you that he will make the payment after few days.

5) Mr de souza is a liar: He faked that he needed to reorganize his team because all of the sudden one member of his team was absent.
We start with a long term ( six months partnership) to a one week.
( you are not a liar at all Mr de souza )

6) He canceled meeting with his contractor and members of his staff without any notification.
Meeting scheduled ahead. Pretending that the member of his staff will come later on.

7) Mr de souza doesn't want any legal contract: He wants you to work as long as he gets want he wants he cancels everything and has nor words ( see point – 2 above)
8) If you insist , Mr de souza will call the police and complain about bills he needs to pay.

Even during the lockdown where one must observe social distancing rules, Mr de souza has no shame to call the police force. These police force can come to your place.

Before going there, you must read this before Mr de souza deletes my review or call the police again.

Extremely painful, I was told to buy a bag of ice myself and bring it to the salon to ease the pain. At the price I was being charged surely they could provide ice! I’ve had laser treatment done previously and this was by far the worst, both it terms of service and the results.

Google Bad Review 1:  My treatment was booked for 10.30am. I arrived at 10.15am to fill out any forms that needed filling out, and to avoid rushing before the massage. At 10.36am there was still no sign of anybody, so I called the number I found in my confirmation text. “Take a seat”, said the voice, no apologies, no explanation, no indication of how long it might take. I already started feeling very uncomfortable and anxious at this point.

The therapist finally turned up, opened the door and with a sideways movement of the head told me to enter. Again, no “sorry for being late” or “thank you very much for waiting”. No smile. NOTHING. I even managed to get reprimanded for not being able to work out the headrest of the massage bed because it kept falling off. The room reminded me of a student's halls of residence.

My treatment started 15 minutes late. I would rate the massage itself 7 out of 10. I have had many massages in various settings in many different countries, but in terms of ambience, this experience was close to zero.

It makes me sad to have to leave a review like this because ideally I shouldn't have to, but this time I felt compelled to leave a comment. Maybe the therapist was having a bad day, but the client should not have to endure bad service.

I don't mind people running late. I know it can happen to anyone. But basic manners, a sense of humour and a smile can go a long way. I regret to report that none of these could be found in this therapist.

I had a phone consultation with Mohammed regarding changing my skincare routine and I advised I want to do botox. The dr who does the botox treatment was supposed to call me but nearly 2 weeks later I did not hear from them. Regarding my skincare routine, he asked me to send a picture of my face to analyse and also a detailed AM/PM routine to be able to see where I can improve and how they can help me. Again, nearly 2 weeks later I did not have any response or acknowledgement that they received my whatsapp picture and skincare routine information. I was uncomfortable sending the picture but I did it anyway… I definitely went with another dr and another clinic, I will never use their services… Waste of time and very unprofessional!

We, as family saw a lot of great results with our laser treatments when it was running by Oasis but one last session with epillium ruined my great result. We, all now have to buy another course of treatments from different company to rectify the issues we are having. My soft, light hair turned to coarse dark hair and now I have to shave every other day compare to once a month in the past

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible management. Recently visited for a manicure here – charged £52 and within 2 days the gel was peeling off and cracking where it had not been applied correctly. Despite acknowledging that the technician was a trainee, they would only refund me £17 for the gel upgrade. I wouldn’t have minded a trainee had I been told about this upfront and charged accordingly. Halima was as helpful as she could be to rectify the situation for me. Sadly the management just want to over charge customers and want premium prices for a below standard service.

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked this through ClassPass for 11am today. I got ready and travelled to the salon, which takes about 45 minute for me. When I got there I checked my email and I had been sent one at 10.15am saying my appointment was cancelled. As I was already at the salon I spoke with the receptionist who was apologetic but it was out of her hands. Management had told her that my appointment had to be cancelled due to a double booking. There was zero apology from management or any offer to rebook.

45 minutes notice of thee salon to cancel my appointment is unacceptable. This salon should not run ClassPass booking alongside its own booking system if it cannot manage both. It should not accept ClassPass clients of it is going to treat them like 2nd rate clients.

Google Bad Review (2):  TERRIBLE CLINIC! Do NOT come here!!!! I've had such a terrible experience here, this poorly run clinic deserves nothing but a 1 star review.

I paid for 6 sessions of laser to which were performed by 6 different people each time due to the poor retention of this clinic. Each time I had not seen a difference, by 6 sessions you would've seen some difference? For me…zero.

The receptionist is honestly so unprofessional and rude. It is honestly a waste of time to even communicate anything with them, they seem unfazed and always make errors before every visit- it's not that hard! I work at a top clinic in chelsea and my god we would never ever deliver this sort of service. The receptionist recently booked me incorrectly with a MALE laser therapist, I had to call to rectify this, from time to time the manager steps in to help otherwise good luck, you won't get much help here. I've had my laser done with absolutely no heat and the session would last for honestly 5 mins- laser therapist just wants to quickly get the job done and this explains why I was not seeing any results.

Their prices are a joke! For a clinic that is poorly run, tiny room with no privacy btw, always someone accidentally coming in as you're trying to change out of your clothes, they have the audacity to increase their prices and charge £100 a session. Not sure why their prices change more than a local nail salon, it's laser and it should be at a fixed price. I was told by the receptionist last week that I should pay for a package? Sorry for what? Most unreliable clinic, I told her I prefer to do pay as I go and how strange, in the space of three months they've had 3 price increases lol. God knows if they it's actually genuine or if she's just trying to make commission of me, I think the latter.

Just go to a higher end clinic, pay the deserving £100 or more and save yourself your time and money.

Google Bad Review 1:  I had an appointment booked at Pfeffer Sal and had to cancel in the morning of the appointment. Pfeffer Sal charged me the full cancellation fee (much more than a normal facial) without even contacting me or responding to my voicemail. I called again and was assured that I had actually received a phone call and that I had referenced SMS confirmations in my voicemail, which was clearly not the case. I sent information/ screenshots proving that there was no phone call or sms, and again never heard from them again. Not a bad spa, but really poor customer service and attitude with customers, which will make me not go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Google Bad Review (2):  Disappointing and unprofessional. Repeatedly called over a 9 month period to book an appointment. Each time I've been told my details will be placed on a waiting list and every single time, they never call back.
During the pandemic lockdown, I paid to have one of their online consultations, they seemed very knowledgeable and I was eager to have an in-person facial but judging by their instagram, only social media influencers can get appointments.

I am not a big fan of reviews – Absolutely disappointed at the results and their services.
After my treatment packages – under-arms, bikini, half legs, half arms, upper and lower chin – none of them works – more than 50% of hair remained!! If you check bad reviews – I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE – I WASTED MY TIME AND MY MONEY.

Google Bad Review (2):  Paid to delete my review!! I recently left a review which stated that the clinic was nice and staff are friendly but after 6 sessions I had no results. I then got a call from a manager offering me two free sessions and explaining that with darker skin you need more sessions but she assured me I will see results. I accepted this and also said that I will buy more after the two free sessions. I then got an email from Giulia who said she had read my review and to make it up to me she would like to offer a refund. By the way I never at any time asked for a refund. I did not ask for one in my review, or when I spoke to any member of staff. Giulia just offered me one. I accepted. She then said I can only have the refund after I delete my review. So I deleted it, she refunded me, and then said she’d cancelled all my future sessions. I assumed she’d cancelled them because they were free, but after emailing her again she has been very clear that I am not welcome back at the clinic to even pay for any more sessions. I was never rude to anyone at any point, I have kept all the emails, and even in my review I said the staff were very friendly. But because I left a negative review saying I hadn’t seen results after 6 sessions, Giulia has now banned me from the clinic, stopped replying to my emails, and nobody at the clinic will return my phone calls either.

This is no different to going to a cafe, complaining and saying “this coffee is cold I’m not very happy with it”, one manager offers you a free coffee which you are happy with, then another manager offers you a refund so you are even more happy, but then takes away your free coffee, and tells you you can never come back to the cafe again. It’s ridiculous.

Also beware, that when you first go to the clinic, they send you emails offering you a discount if you leave an online review for them. They sent me many of these emails. I suspect this is why the clinic has so many positive reviews but who knows.
