Google Bad Review 1: In response to the owner.
My initial call was at 09:27, I was advised that I will be called right back. I called again at 14:04 as nobody called me back. I was then advised by the call taker that she will chase it up. As mentioned previously, she seemed to be in a hurry to wrap the call up.
I do not have any missed calls. I have received calls today and it is quite coincidental that upon leaving a review, I am informed that allegedly 3 calls were made and my phone was engaged.
I do not think it is unfair that I gave a 1 star review as it is based on my experience and my opinion after all. You stated that you pride yourself on giving the best patient service, I wouldn't know as I didn't get that far however the service I did receive was by no means 5 star service.
Incidentally, I also called another clinic and left a message and they called me back. They didn't appear to have a problem getting through to me. Needless to say, I no longer require your services.

Unfortunately, didn't get a call back as promised. Lady who answered the telephone seemed in a hurry, not the best introduction to the service at all.
