Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible service. I registered to this GP on 5 of July. The confirmation email said the registration was going to be confirmed within 2 working days.

I called again 3 times after 12 working days and they do not know when they are going to register me.

Also, the lady I spoke on the phone was in a rush as she said she had other calls and she didn't want to talk and asked to call again another time.

Not recommended.

They are horrible liars
I was trying to call them from 8am till 9.15am and was busy all the time . When finally they answered the phone I was told to call them tomorrow morning at 8am because nothing is available now . I was calling them one after another time for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the phone was busy all the time and finally they said ” you have to try harder ”
I reckon the are diliberetly disconnect there phone

Google Bad Review 1:  I am absolutely appalled, disappointed and discussed at the service in the surgery, if you can call it that. From the incompetent and rude reception staff to the poor telephone system. Can not comment on the service of the doctors as I have not been able to see or speak to one since before Covid.
This surgery is a disgrace to our NHS!!! It should be closed as they are unable to provide any service at all. I will be writing to the CQC and local MP!!!

At this point, I feel like unable to access healthcare and I have to go A&E when the problems get worse. I don't see how this GP contributes to my healthcare at all, it's more about ignoring and redirecting the issues instead.

Google Bad Review (2):  This is one dysfunctional place.

While the consultant I saw was great, all the basic supporting organisation and infrastructure to even allow me to act on his recommendations (eg basic scans) is totally missing.

More generally, there seems to be a culture of no care and consideration that they are dealing with issues that affect patients health and lives. There is an impression of a beaucracy which the staff themselves cannot understand or navigate.

If you have other options other than Cleveland Clinic London, then I definitely recommend you take those – take note that a good chunk of reviewers here have had similarly bad experiences. I didn't take the Google Maps reviews at face value and I kind of regret that as it's just as bad as others say.

Google Bad Review 1:  Here, was prescribed an eye drop that destroyed my ocular surface and was left in medical leave for more than one year in terrible pain and inability to have eyes open, travelling the world to found ways to reverse the damage caused by medication, having almost all the treatments on the whole world available. Have been last months of my life in pain and lost tens of thousands of pounds in lost earnings and treatment. The only interest this practice have had with me afterwards is my bad reviews on the internet rather than trying to support me to get out of this.

Here, optometrist deluded me that I could be symptom free from dry eye, but was left with disabling symptomps of superior limbic keratitis, corneal neuralgia and mucin deficient dry eye. When I complained of my new symptoms I was not taken seriously, optometrist did not check the eye properly, even though it was looking noticeable weird compared to what she saw in the first appointment, gave me wrong advise such as ‘blink more' after the medication left me blinking about every second and was quite noticeable for everybody and to keep taking the same medication ‘because I already paid for it' although the issue for which it was given to me resolved. It is important to her to understand you take a medication because its benefits and not because you already pay for it and that is not okay to harm the patients.

Google Bad Review (2):  I find the Google ads of this place concerning since they mention that it has over 100 years of experience but in their page says it was founded in 2013. Their prices are astronomical considering that they are optometrist specialized in glaucoma or orthiptist that work there half time! Enquired for their services and they were extremely rude. If they are charging that much at least should have decent customer support.

Google Bad Review 1:  Admitted for assesment on lanley ward I found the staff especially night staff judging and descriminatig and prejudice towards me. I found one female member of staff asleep on the patients sofas. the drinking water and hot water tap was broken in the patients kitchen. Kitchen very smelly
There was no freash juices in the morning at all no butter for toast in the morning and a horrible looking porradge left out in silver containers. The whole of the ward smells and is very unhygenic as you have patients that have not washed in over 3 weeks left to walk around and sit on the same chairs as you making my anxiety worse. no attempts to help or encourage the male into the shower.
I was shocked to see staff in the office eating macdonalds and KFC infront of patients every day.this dose not encourage patients to eat healthy. There was never any fruit or anything healthy to eat. Bacon in the morning for breakfast on a Sunday and pork againfor main meal not much choice of freash healthy meals for patients. Staff entering the kitchen to use patients cerials.
Staffs attitudes need to change before the patients will ever get any better on one occasion a male member of staff entered my room I am a female while I was asleep to bring me medication because i overslept i woke very anxious leaving me very angry and upset. I felt violated. That should not be allowed a female member of staff should enter if needed not a male in a female side of the ward. This left me feeling like I wasn't in controll of what I was taking as i was still very sleepy on medication from the night before this has left me feeling very anxious.

Google Good Review:  Woodlands is the best ward I’ve ever been on. Staff are lovely and caring (esp Susan, Bayo and Remi I’ll never forget you guys saved me). Bit sad the cheesy mash is off the menu now but otherwise 5*
