Google Bad Review 1: I am absolutely appalled, disappointed and discussed at the service in the surgery, if you can call it that. From the incompetent and rude reception staff to the poor telephone system. Can not comment on the service of the doctors as I have not been able to see or speak to one since before Covid.
This surgery is a disgrace to our NHS!!! It should be closed as they are unable to provide any service at all. I will be writing to the CQC and local MP!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Every time I am in need of assistance, there is no help given. All the appointments are given months after a problem arises. I thought the GP, was the first point of contact. At this point, I feel like unable to access healthcare and I have to go A&E when the problems get worse. I don't see how this GP contributes to my healthcare at all, it's more about ignoring and redirecting the issues instead.
