Google Bad Review 1:  Admitted for assesment on lanley ward I found the staff especially night staff judging and descriminatig and prejudice towards me. I found one female member of staff asleep on the patients sofas. the drinking water and hot water tap was broken in the patients kitchen. Kitchen very smelly
There was no freash juices in the morning at all no butter for toast in the morning and a horrible looking porradge left out in silver containers. The whole of the ward smells and is very unhygenic as you have patients that have not washed in over 3 weeks left to walk around and sit on the same chairs as you making my anxiety worse. no attempts to help or encourage the male into the shower.
I was shocked to see staff in the office eating macdonalds and KFC infront of patients every day.this dose not encourage patients to eat healthy. There was never any fruit or anything healthy to eat. Bacon in the morning for breakfast on a Sunday and pork againfor main meal not much choice of freash healthy meals for patients. Staff entering the kitchen to use patients cerials.
Staffs attitudes need to change before the patients will ever get any better on one occasion a male member of staff entered my room I am a female while I was asleep to bring me medication because i overslept i woke very anxious leaving me very angry and upset. I felt violated. That should not be allowed a female member of staff should enter if needed not a male in a female side of the ward. This left me feeling like I wasn't in controll of what I was taking as i was still very sleepy on medication from the night before this has left me feeling very anxious.

Google Bad Review 1:  I visited Platinum center few times. The receptionist/admin on first floor are old, rude and extremly incompetent.
The private GP Lisa Anderson is completely lost and cannot keep track of your symptoms.
She did numerous times mistakes/forgot to write referral to specialist, ignored my pain complains, and even ignored my emails.
The service from Platinum center is worse than NHS and you will pay thousands.
Stay away from this place.

From the reception till to the consultant all of the process tells you that once you get inside of this door you can be ripped off and what you can get is really dependent upon the grace of the people here. The receptionists may or may not respond you if you do not get their attention,otherwise you can be waiting in the queue forever. They could be requesting your debit card beforehand eventhough you paid the service of the consultant as if you agreed on certain tests with them already. The consultant was the worst, he asked me meaningless questions including whether I know about the air pollution of London, did not empathize with the patient at all, satisfied himself with the meaningless Q&A, then didn't answer my questions which made me cancel the consultation and return back from there. He didn't write a report at all, didnt look at my records as well. I wasn't even refunded. I requested his complaints procedure and how I would be commenting about him. He gave me nothing, even I couldnt be able to comment on the service he gave to me. Then I complained hospital but they backed him up. So,you are on your own after this door, be prepared for bad quality of the service and what you get will be dependent upon if they are graceful to you regardless of the money you pay.

Google Bad Review (2):  They referred my my 14 year old brother, who was told the lump on his chest could potentially be a cancer, to the wrong department/doctor twice! We have contacted them several times and they still have not resolved the issue. This is a Childs health they are not taking seriously, I have never witnessed such incompetence and lack of professionalism. Surely if it was their brother or son, no mistakes would be made.
I can understand that mistakes can be made, but to waste my mum and my younger brothers time by making them travel to a hospital, wait to be seen, and to then be told your GP supposedly run by trained professionals have made and error! Not once, but twice! And still they have made no effort to correct this or even to apologise.

They have failed to return calls, it got to the point where my mum actually had to physically go to the GP and complain. I am not one to write reviews, but this is the life of my brother who's health could be worsening all because they have no idea about treatment. Please do better, my family are under a lot of stress.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience, on the phone they told me it will cost £300 for the surgery when i went to the clinic on the end it’s was £2500 ( apparently it start from £300 and can get up to .. strange on the phone they haven’t mentioned this ) and of corse I wasn’t able to pay this amount on the day , so I paid £249 for a consultation (Hello, this is Lipoma “well I knew it already “ thank you bye ) this was the most ridiculous consultation I had it’s a proper stealing money from people , unprofessional doctor doesn’t worth the money they take .

Google Bad Review (2):  A poor experience. The company doesn't have much regard for the clients and treatments they offer under Groupon deals. Dr Bhar cancelled my appointment last minute, and told me to seek a refund instead. Will not be recommending this Doctor, or this clinic if you want to go somewhere reliable. It was a greater disappointment because the Doctor is only in once a week on the Friday, so having booked the appointment 2 weeks ago, they wasted 2 weeks of time that I could have gone somewhere else.

Don't waste your time, especially if you're expecting a good service under a Groupon offer.

Google Bad Review 1:  They take 300£ to seat on chair to listen the doctor about the diabetic type 1 he explains to us , I was expecting from Professor Greene to check my pomp and he doesn’t, to show us how is works and everything,,, I was asking a simple latter from him and he writes about my self I am anxiety but it is not true,,,, I want for my son the best care that’s why I been even private to speed 300£ and tell me the story about the diabetic… I can go on you tube and I can check even there about the diabetic type 1 … I have a lots of problems he should stay on my side and encourage me with positive words and not negatives …. I will not recommend this clinic they’re only takes money and doesn’t care for health . Shame .
