Google Bad Review 1:  Very unprofessional, got accepted for an offer I put down for a property. Started the process, mortgage got approved, subject to valuation. I get a text on Monday afternoon by Hetal saying exchange has happened this afternoon with a different buyer and we have to take you out of the sale. I was absolutely shocked, I was played all along, there was a 2nd buyer all that time when I got my mortgage. Did not get any updates what so ever. Very frustrating, was not treated as valued buyer at all. Horrible experience.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was so excited to find the properties listed on GLP site for Soho. The floorplans were excellent, the updates were stylish and the vacancies worked perfectly for my move dates. I emailed the company and secured appointments with Marcus Williams to view the properties on a Saturday afternoon. I called the agent that afternoon to confirm which address we should meet at. It wasn't until I called him that he shared he had not confirmed the viewing with the current tenants and needed to cancel the viewings (all FOUR). He called back that afternoon to reschedule the viewings for Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. Again, I tried emailing on Monday to confirm the time and place–no response. I called his his mobile number without any answer and left a message. I called the Bloomsbury office to try and find out if anyone could locate him or confirm my appointments. It was not until 4 PM Monday evening that he emailed to again CANCEL my viewings for Tuesday morning. All he did was constantly blame the tenants for not wanting to show the lofts. It is infuriating that he would not confirm with the tenants before confirming a date and time with me. This was a complete waste of my time and money to travel from the US to London. I am so upset with the complete lack of accountibility and customer service from Marcus and all of Greater London Properties.

My neighbors were as much as upset as me from the lack of interest of keeping the building in good shape.

Scam ran from con-artists and I wouldn't be surprised if they bought fake reviews here to pump up their rating.

Never had such bad experience with other agencies. Avoid.

Google Bad Review 1:  I recently tried to use this estate agent to rent a property in Central London. I was misinformed and mislead throughout the process, they initially offered a 12 month contract as I only needed the place for a year, then insisted that the contract had to be 36 months in length (presumably to drum up more commission from the unknowing landlord). After sending bank statements, proof of home ownership etc., I had to pull out at the contract stage as they refused to alter the contract length to what they initially offered; wasted two weeks of my time where I could've been looking for another place. Stay away!
