Google Bad Review 1: Very unprofessional, got accepted for an offer I put down for a property. Started the process, mortgage got approved, subject to valuation. I get a text on Monday afternoon by Hetal saying exchange has happened this afternoon with a different buyer and we have to take you out of the sale. I was absolutely shocked, I was played all along, there was a 2nd buyer all that time when I got my mortgage. Did not get any updates what so ever. Very frustrating, was not treated as valued buyer at all. Horrible experience.
