Google Bad Review 1:  I was so excited to find the properties listed on GLP site for Soho. The floorplans were excellent, the updates were stylish and the vacancies worked perfectly for my move dates. I emailed the company and secured appointments with Marcus Williams to view the properties on a Saturday afternoon. I called the agent that afternoon to confirm which address we should meet at. It wasn't until I called him that he shared he had not confirmed the viewing with the current tenants and needed to cancel the viewings (all FOUR). He called back that afternoon to reschedule the viewings for Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. Again, I tried emailing on Monday to confirm the time and place–no response. I called his his mobile number without any answer and left a message. I called the Bloomsbury office to try and find out if anyone could locate him or confirm my appointments. It was not until 4 PM Monday evening that he emailed to again CANCEL my viewings for Tuesday morning. All he did was constantly blame the tenants for not wanting to show the lofts. It is infuriating that he would not confirm with the tenants before confirming a date and time with me. This was a complete waste of my time and money to travel from the US to London. I am so upset with the complete lack of accountibility and customer service from Marcus and all of Greater London Properties.

Google Bad Review (2):  As you can see before putting anything through the letter box there are only 4 flats in this building – no need to put 10 marketing letters in envelops through the door. In fact, no need to put any at all. Stop this waste!
