Google Bad Review 1:  The worst firm in terms of customer service and respect. I've worked with solicitors for over 6 years and have never had someone hang up the phone on me. I called back to speak to a manger about the way I was treated and was told no one was available to take my calls. The gentlemen I spoke with was abrupt dismissive and rude.

Google Bad Review (2):  I contacted Aletta Shaw as they seemed like a nice local solicitors firm and once I phoned them my expectations seemed correct. I needed to speak to someone about buying a commercial lease and after speaking to the Efe who deals with them I was confident that they were the right firm for me as they seemed quite knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to get a search from the Land Registry and It appeared that I was unable to get what I needed from the Land Registry website. Efe offered to buy this on my behalf for £24. The following week I phoned and paid for this fee and I assumed it would be a pretty straight forward procedure to obtain the information I needed. However pretty much after this I was left disappointed with the service. Every time I called to chase, Efe was not available, then when I did get hold of ger she informed me that another colleague was now dealing with it. Emilia eventually emailed me the documents however it did not have the information I needed and was not the correct document. I did email back and try to contact Efe but to no avail. Emilia did eventually contact me back and basically said they were doing me a favour and that I hadn't formally instructed them and if I needed more information I needed to pay more and formally instruct them. Which may be the case, however I made it very clear what I needed and therefor they should have either quoted me more or taken the hit and provided me what I asked for. The attitude was not impressive at all. I asked for Efe to call me back, which she did and her attitude was pretty much the same. At the end of the day, I was very specific in what I needed, they did not deliver this, were difficult to contact and then made excuses and made out I was unreasonable!

Also I want to mention, it took just one call to the Land Registry to find the information I needed for free! And to think they made me feel like I was asking the world of them and that I was being unreasonable!
