Google Bad Review 1:  Very poor service. The transaction was not completed properly and, after an initial call back and a promise to look into it, they repeatedly failed to fix the issue or follow up enquiries. Generally hard work throughout the transaction. I would never hire them again.

Google Bad Review (2):  Extremely poor service. The transaction completed on the Friday but Attwells failed to transfer the equity from the sale to our account leaving us without funds to pay the removal team and urgent goods required for the weekend. When we called to find out why the money hadn't been transferred we were informed all staff had left early for a social event. After an initial call back and a promise to look into it our equity money was finally transferred late Monday afternoon. They also back tracked on their offer to refund their fees. It took several phone calls, emails and escalations before finally getting the fees refunded. The whole sale and purchase process was stressful & frustrating as staff dealing with it were often not available and nobody else could help. I would never use this unprofessional company again.
