i was meant to get the house my credit check was absolutely fine
and they've asked for 3 deposits upfront on the last minute
quite a waste of money and time

Google Bad Review (2): Worst service I had with letting agencies. Nirav Thakkar spoke to me to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed flat I said its for 2 adults and 1 baby. He decided that the flat wouldn't be suitable for babies because its a 2nd floor and babies need their outdoor spaces. I insisted on seeing the flat as I know my baby is happy enough with the indoor space of the flat. Durring the viewing he was very arrogant and with the mindset of not letting the property to us although we are not on any kind of benefits and we both work and joint salary amounts to 50k annually. After the viewing he came back to me and said the landlord doesn't not want to let for more than 2 persons which doesn't make any sence for 2 bed flat and that he doesn't want babies. Now if the property has any kind of restrictions you should say about them before arranging any viewing and waste people's time. I do not recommend them at all.
