Google Bad Review 1:  I would not use this agent again, they delayed paying back my deposit because they said they wanted confirmation the utility bills had been paid, I have never encountered this in 15 years renting flats in London. They also claimed some of the deposit back as they said I had a dog there which was untrue. Use an alternative agent if you can.

Google Bad Review (2):  I didnt want to give a star at all but I have no choice.

I was living in one of the property manage by ASH Ponsonby, which located at Queensway London, it is called ARTHUR COURT.

I had a very bad experience with them.
Things happened at December 2020.

First, my parcel went missing even under their eyes. The parcel was placed on the desk of reception (the receptionist wasnt there and have finised the work at that time). And so the parcel got took away by someone.

They checked CCTV and couldnt find anything, what is the possibility then? I will leave it for your imagination.

Talked to the receptionist, at first he was okay, but later he got unprofessional, yes he did checked the cctv for me, but there is nothing substantial. Wasn't it a too easy job for his position? (he is not just receptionist but the porter and the property “manager”)

Plus, the receptionist have no function, they do not usually accept parcel on behalf of tenants. Then why should you have that station there? That makes the parcel delivery man thought they can just leave the thing there !

The rude, unprofessional receptionist asked me to refer the things to the management company, ASH PONSOBY later.

I made 4 CALLS.

Everytime, I was given confidence by the operator at the other end that they would escalate the case. But 4 times, with no result. They didnt even call me back as what they promised.

The last call, I can hear before the operator end the call, he was laughing saying my case is boring etc.

Another one, the property WASNT SAFE TO STAY.

You can see people easily get in, and you know what, it was covid peak season back then.

Overall, I am so disappointed with the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
ASH PONSOBY

and THE RECEPTIONIST.

I have no other way to escalate the things through, so I hope this little review would help the rest to make judgement when they are going to move in to property under this management or to partner with them 🙂
