Google Bad Review 1:  Please avoid this branch!! Purchased a three year old ds3 and their customer service was appalling! I asked them to remove a couple of stickers from the car which they did not do. When I arrived and complained they then proceded to scratch the stickers off with their nails!! This has now left scratches on the boot! When I was also handed the key it didn't work (the flip button didn't work). i have then had to take it to the nearest branch as the speaker didn't work… they have had the car two days with no sign of them fixing it yet… brought the car over another ds3 because of the peace of mind of it coming from a main dealer but sadly this isn't the case worth Citroen…

Booked my car in as the ad blue sign came on and I could not find where to refill I contacted the service line and advised that the car needed some software updates and they would fill the ad blue tank and the car would be needed a full day to run diagnostic etc. I turned up on the day the car was booked I even received 2 texts to remind me… Only to find that on their computer I was actually booked in for the following week and they could do the car that day but although I had booked a loan car there weren't any available and I would have to reschedule for the following week…. I returned today and I have come away again dissatisfied firstly I was told I should have been here the previous week!!! And although I had all my driving licence check downloads from the dvlc I didn't have my actual driving licence with me. I don't happen to carry my licence with me, it's one of the old paper ones… Plus the fact that when I first booked the car in I was advised that all I required for the loan car was the dvlc check document.
Whilst I was waiting in the showroom a second customer who had been waiting 2 weeks to bring his car in for a diagnostic update was told they couldn't do his car as it wasn't able to fit on the ramp!!! A car sold by this dealership that they can't service… Oh dear!
