1. At first Calling them is a nightmare it always goes to Some customer service and then transferred over to the branch which 8 out of 10 you can’t get connected to anyone and if you do they hang up.

2. they never have appointments if there is any urgent need also shortage of loan vehicle / Courtesy car.

3. I had my way cool gone in for service and they identified oil leak issue which according to them they sorted after keeping the car for quite a few days apparently after couple of months I’ve got a warning light for oil and a red morning light With an alert saying loyal pressure stop the vehicle engine fault to be repaired I called the garage several times to book for an appointment on urgent basis as this issue happened in relation to the work that was carried out few months back the car was parked for three weeks while I was away when I came back I don’t even move after few yards stop sign comes an engine cut off I called the garage they advised me to switch off the engine then switch it back on and slowly bring it to the garage or or call your breakdown company I end up calling my breakdown company who took the car to the dealership and the car is parked there since Sunday on my several times I manage to speak to somebody on Tuesday requesting them to give an urgent attention to my car issue but it’s been Friday and there is no response as I was told somebody will call up and update I had a service appointment booked in the coming days but the car is not mobile due to the issue struggling to go to work spending more money on cabs one of the worst experience ever very disappointed

Google Bad Review 1:  This is my experience with Euro Chauffeur. For objectivity, I only listed facts here leaving reviewers to draw their own conclusion about the quality of service of Euro Chauffeur.

I was advised by owner Rana during inquiry that I needed to be collected at 09:15 for arrival by 11:00 at Wimbledon on June 30. I trusted his advice and made booking accordingly.

However, when I was picked up by driver Omar this morning, I was told by Omar that I should be picked up by 10:10 rather than 09:15 in order to arrive at 11:00 at Wimbledon.

Rana then tried to argue on call why he thought I should be picked up by 09:15 even though his own driver suggested otherwise.

Fed up with his misleading information, I firmly and forcefully refused his argument as I did not want to trust someone who breached my trust in the 1st place.

Rana then cancelled my booking unilaterally on the ground that he thought I was rude. If refusing to be misled and cheated is rude, so be it.

Some more facts：

My hotel arranged private chauffeur for me as a result of Euro Chauffeur’s unilateral cancellation of my order.

I left hotel at 10:10 and I arrived at Ralph Lauren hub at 11.05. Total fare is £80, 15.8% cheaper than Euro Chauffeur’s quotation of £95.

Advice given by these personnel had me drive 26 miles and more looking for my parts, Eventually leading me back here to redo the order. I then had to go to Kingston VAUXHALL to collect my CITROEN parts….
The Kingston store charged me 3x the price quoted for identical items…LIARS, CHEATS AND THIEVES here at Citroen generally. Never go here except maybe to buy a car, as those staff still lied to customers, but customers seemed happy to accept the rubbish they were being told…..Horrible place.

Google Bad Review 1:  The biggest joke of a dealership.

Sitting in reception right now, after confirming that I will come and collect the vehicle today between 9-5 and am told (and read a sign) that the service staff are “enjoying” a Christmas lunch from 12-2pm.

I am now having to have to sit here for 45 mins as no one in the whole dealership have access to keys?

I understand it’s Christmas but at least have cover for the customers???

Will never use this absolutely poor excuse of a dealership again.

All I’m told to do is wait as there is no option.

Can they deliver the car to me? Of course not, my other alternative is to come back another day.

Absolute joke – do yourself a favour and don’t bother coming here!

Google Bad Review 1:  Google doesn’t supply a low enough rating to rate this ‘garage’ first off i drove from Newcastle to York to view the car I was wanting to buy, I asked for paint work to be fixed which did not get fixed infact it looked like I had tipex on my car, not only this I was told that they had fixed an airbag problem and the warning light would disappear within a few days which obviously didn’t happen,
Now 3 weeks later the car went into limp mode when I was driving at 60mph and the car suddenly dropped to 20 with no warning and nearly killed me and cause a very serious accident, I rang Sterling and told them that it is their responsibility to fix the car so yes I drove an additional 80miles back to York with this car and they took the car in and ‘couldn’t find a fault’ ‘sometimes faults fix themselves’ picked my car up 2 weeks later!!! And the following day the car had 4 engine management lights come back on! Rang sterling motors back they said to return the car and they would fix the paint work, and resolve the car, another 2 weeks I was without my car, They told me they took the car to Mercedes to fix my car they have only fixed the car and I had it handed the car back to me so I am now 7 months on and still have problems with this Mercedes’s, and infact the problems are the same ones as they supposedly got Mercedes to fix. I urge anyone reading this to run for the hills and not buy any car off this company I have been lied to from the start, now when I bought this car I was told it had 2 owners before me and had 34500 (this car is diesel) and is a 4 years old when the log book came I was infact the 5th owner, so if you do the maths why on earth has this 4 year old car been passed around 5 People in the space of 4 years, there are clearly issue with the car and they have now sold me this waste of space. Absolutely disgusting the condition this car is in, infact it’s embarrassing. There are 27 fault codes on this car. And when the owner reads this i urge him to contact myself before I contact him

After waiting in doorway for 5 mins whilst all staff discussed football I was directed to the car I was interested which was parked outside.
I waited a further 10 mins outside but no one could be bothered to come over and see me!
Shame as I had a bag of cash ready to purchase the vehicle.
