Google Bad Review (2):  This is the worst dealership I have dealt with. No customer service. I have been trying to sort out a car service with them but have been passed around different people including Manchester or just hang up. They don't even bother to call you back so clearly don't care about customers. I shall be reporting this directly to Renault.
This should be no stars but I am forced to give one.

Google Bad Review 1:  IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THIS AS I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW RENAULT WEST LONDON CAN PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION I WILL BE HAPPY TO SHOW ANYBODY THE EMAILS AND TEXT I ordered a car in early March then two days later called them to cancel my order because I was on the M40 motorway when a Renault kadjar on trade plates undertook me doing more than 70mph in a 60mph zone.
I was then overtaken buy a Dacia with Renault West London logos and stickers all over it, then both drivers were verbally abusive as well as a number of hand gestures to me because I flashed my lights at them.
I phoned the Showroom to complain about the way their drivers were abusing a brand new car that was obviously on its way to the Showroom in order to be passed on to an unsuspecting customer who had no idea about how his new car was being abused.

I told them I did not want my new car driven in this manner by the morons I had just encountered on the M40 and Alistair the sales manager ask me not to cancel my order with them as he would deal with the drivers as he new who they are and promised me my car would not be abused in any way what so ever. (I STUPIDLY BELIEVED THIS AND DID NOT CANCEL)

I was going on holiday so had an arrangement with Renault west London that I would collect my new car on the 21st April when I returned from holiday, but a few days before I was due to fly Rhys who was dealing with my order called to inform me that the car was no longer available and he was going to place an order for one of four others that was still showing as available in the system.

I went into the dealership to check if all was ok because it was always a problem trying to get in touch by phone or email only to be told by Rhys that the last four cars in fact had been sold and the only thing now was to order from the factory direct.

Rhys told me the estimated delivery would be the 10th May and I felt I had no other option now as I had already paid £6000 in cash and was due to fly in the next couple of days.
(AGAIN I STUPIDLY BELIEVED THIS)

I went into the dealership late April to get an up date because my e-mails kept coming back with (in box full cannot accept) to be told Rhys had gone and Ashley would now takeover my order, he told me that the car would in fact be arriving at the import centre on the 25th May and he would try to push it to have it before the 30th May.
Ashley called a few days later and told me the car had arrived and would be ready to collect on the 2nd June but as this was a Saturday I told him I had already agreed to collect it on the 3rd June with him as I would not be available on that Saturday.

When I arrived with my wife to collect the car at 10am as agreed, Storm was the salesman who had been ask to hand over the car to me.
I looked at the car with Storm and he told me that when he had checked if the car was ready it was not and he had to ask a friend in the workshop to make it ready.

I told Storm I was not happy with the presentation of the car as it was dirty and had damage to the paintwork on the bonnet hinge also the rear door was not aligned properly and why was twigs on the engine and in the tailgate channel as well as the inside had not seen a hoover also it should have a full tank of fuel.

Storm made his apologies and promised to collect the car on Tuesday to put things right.
(AGAIN I STUPIDLY BELIEVED THIS)

After 3 attempts to resolve the problems you now 5 months later inform customer relations that you will not repair the car properly or pay another dealership to repair it as suggested by them or explain why you allowed me to drive the car ILLEGALLY because you did not register the car with DVLA until the 4th June the day after I drove it out of your showroom with insurance and tax invalidated because of your incompetence as a main dealer.

Even Barry Jones the UK GM has not responded to this situation.
DOES NOBODY AT RENAULT CARE.
