Google Bad Review 1:  I was so excited to come here but so badly let down by the shockingly bad customer service and handling of a health & safety issue.

I booked myself in for a 1:30pm wash, cut and blowdry. Super excited I walk and the salon is empty, but looks pristine for a Saturday afternoon. There's no one at the reception, and it appears as though the reception is at the nail bar chatting to her colleague. No worries, they were expecting me. I was immediately greeted by someone who guided me towards the back of the salon and pointed for me to sit down. She was about to wash my hair, she never spoke much. She turned the water on and it was warm, she proceeded to wash my hair with shampoo. At the this point, the water had been turned off and she was massaging my head. Now – she turned the water on and immediately the water was scalding hot! It was so hot I jerked out of my chair and said “hot! hot”… I immediately felt a stinging sensation. She didn't seem to understand what happened and i tried to best communicate, and I was hesitant to put my head under the water again. At this point, I kept asking “is it hot?”… she indicated for me to feel the water with my hand so I could check for myself, and it was quite cold. Not ideal but whatever! She proceeded to wash my hair and shampoo but the stinging sensation wouldn't go away. I couldn't let her finish my hair with a conditioner and tried to communicate what happened and what I feeling… she didn't understand and pretty much stared at me with a blank expression! At no point did she ask “is the temperature OK for you?” as all salons do. She didn't get what I was saying, I was actually a little panicky because the stinging sensation was worsening! I went to tell her colleague who was at the reception, and her response was completely unprofessional! I said “my scalp is stinging! The water was scalding hot” and tried to explain what had happened, I even made it clear that I understood that it was an accident. The receptionist laughed and claimed the water would have had to had been boiled to have left me feeling this way – no question of “are you ok? What happened?”. She pretty much brushed me off. I said to her – “it's not a joke! It stinging quite badly and it's sensitive to touch – do you have a cold compress?!”. The next 40 minutes were so dreadful. Not only do the colleagues barely speak english, but the way they handled the situation so unprofessional it was clear that they had not had proper health and safety training or customer service. No cold compress so they gave me a wet tissue, I sat waiting for a resolution – which they were clearly CLUELESS! The receptionist asked her colleague (who washed my hair) to go to the shops and get something medicinal I suppose for my head. God knows what it was but I refused to put it on – legally they're not allowed to do that as I could have been allergic. When they came to examine my head they prodded away with no concern of the sensitivity which agitated me further. They claimed because they couldn't see anything that surely nothing happened and then asked if I could have been allergic to the shampoo. The supposed manager, and she wasn't manager I suspect, didn't really care either. NO SUPPORT, little english and TERRIBLE health & Safety procedure. They didn't offer me water, they didn't ask me if I was okay, they pretty much left me to it with a tissue on my head. I was so upset. I decided to try and blowdry my hair myself and called myself an uber home, with a stupid wet tissue on my head all the way. Still no call from them to say they're really sorry. The receptionist cheekily wanted to take a picture of my scalp – probably to protect themselves from me suing them! I would not recommend them, they may give you a great cut and nail polish but I would rather be somewhere where the staff are able to communicate clearly in such circumstances. The receptionist was a joke and clearly needs customer service training – do not laugh in the face of a customer when something has gone wrong.

Google Bad Review (2):  Called to book the manicure. They offered to book me in after the week. Any particular reason why would someone wait for a manicure for a whole week? Their working times are on Sunday but they seems not to be working 😀 Anyway, feeling lost about this place. Lady on the phone could barely speak English.
