Google Bad Review 1:  Very poor….unfortunately…didn’t even get past stage 1.

I was referred to Kevin from a family member. We have a very meaningful extension to be built with some bathrooms and new large kitchen. I engaged Kevin 3-4 months prior to this review and visited his shop 3 times to keep the team updated. He said send in the plans etc and we will provide some quotes. I done exactly what was asked but received nothing back. I also got other quotes from local suppliers as any normal customer would do. The other suppliers provided me quotes very fast and effectively, made changes that were required, and I only visited them once – so we ended up buying from another supplier (spending 30k). We had not bought the Kitchen yet so I went back to Kevin asking if he would be providing me a quote for the Kitchen but leave the bathrooms as we already purchased the items. He said he declined the opportunity to quote the kitchen. Not sure why.

All in all I believe I just wasn’t taken serious enough even though I was prepared to spend the good part of 55k (bathrooms & Kitchens)…there was actually a kitchen I liked from the one he sells. I hate chasing people to provide me quotes as I am spending the money so expect a certain level of customer service which was very much lacking in this instance. Not sure if this is a good company as I never got a chance to use them due to their lack of response.

Google Bad Review (2):  Don't waste your time. I went in with my partner to speak to Liam about a new kitchen. We went over our ideas and what we wanted in the new kitchen. It was 2 weeks before I recieved the design, and even then it wasn't what we had asked for and many items were missing. The quote was a ludicrous £25,000 for our tiny 5m x 3m kitchen and the design was nothing spectacular. I exchanged an email with Liam about the design, waiting another 4 or so days for a reply, and then when I queried the price I was met with radio silence. That was 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since.
