Google Bad Review 1: I took an intensive German course at the Kings Cross school in January 2020 and was blown away by just how bad the teaching and student services were. The tutor was so uninterested in the class and seemed to be counting down the time until each class was over. The teaching resources were like relics from the early 90s mixed with the very early days of the Internet.
The final few classes were cancelled due to the Covid outbreak, but Cactus refused to refund myself and my partner for these classes. They also failed to respond / ignored my follow up emails. Overall the whole experience was extremely poor and further reinforced how we now live in an age where companies are quicker than ever to take peoples money, but rarely do they hold their hands up and admit when they have failed to meet expectations.

Google Good Review: Was dreading having to do Italian course online but it's actually been really fun! So nice to chat and mix with people from all over the world with common purpose of trying to learn Italian. Our trainer has been so enthusiastic and positive. Will definitely keep booking onto courses with Cactus.
