Google Bad Review 1: On Thurs., Nov. 18 we contacted the London office by phone between 10am and 11am and were told by the woman who answered that she would have to contact the owner to schedule a visit.
After hearing nothing for 48+ hours, we submitted a message via the quote request web page. The owner called on Sunday evening that same weekend and told us that she would have to call the office in the morning (Monday, Nov. 22) to scheduled us, and for us to call by Noon if we did not hear back prior. Hearing nothing well after Noon, and upon calling the owner again, she said that she'd call the office to get us scheduled – she seemed surprised that no one had called back yet? As of 7pm that same day, still nothing, so we texted the owner that we had heard nothing at all, yet again. Days and days later, still nada…
If the office has to contact the owner, and the owner has to contact the office, yet no one does anything at all in the end and for over a week, then who the heck is running this show?
It has now been well over a week since first outreach on the morning of Nov. 18th, and we still have received absolutely NO further contact let alone any scheduled visit, since that Monday evening text. As such, we have found another contractor who has since remediated the issue in short order and with excellent and timely communication all around – in much less than a week! How can this be? For a harried family concerned for the health of their children from mold in a bedroom window, C2G's complete mishandling of a simple service call is absolutely and utterly unacceptable. This experience was shameful on the part of C2G, to say the very least. Hopefully, C2G will use this total failure to vastly improve all future service to any others. If too busy to be bothered, at least tell potential customers that, rather than string them along, letting their issues fester even longer for no good reason.
