Google Bad Review 1: Meet with company for initial meeting, pricing quoted and company understood our construction schedule. Meeting was on a Tuesday and they completely understood we were flexible but work needed to be completed before Saturday. We let they know we would make ourselves available anytime to make sure it got completed before Saturday deadline. Friday we call to see if they are coming and we are not even scheduled. We postponed other contractors and were told they were very busy and would call following week to schedule. Mid week we still have not heard from anyone so we called again. Requested appointment ASAP and they would get back to us… They did not. Called again and was provided a soonest date of the following Wednesday, we informed them we needed sooner, they were supposed to be here the prior week, no show no call, and we need a sooner date. They could not accommodate. We took they only date available following Wednesday and proceeded to find someone else who wanted to do the work and could come sooner. We found someone that day who completed the work right away and called this company to cancel the next Wednesday appointment. Fast forward to that date and a employee from this company rings the bell looking to start the work, we informed them the work was cancelled and completed by someone else the week prior. Within minutes we receive an invoice for the full balance as if the work was completed.
