Google Bad Review: DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked here before we booked our festival tickets to ensure we had somewhere walking distance to stay. We booked more than 5 months before the festival and 2.5 months later they had the cheek to call and say that there was an error and they would not honour our booking and we had to cancel it on hotels.com. I book hotels well ahead so that I don't have issues like this, and we would not have spent all that money on festival tickets without the accommodation being in place. Highly unprofessional!
