Google Bad Review 1: Absolute horrible service.
I arranged a collection to donate 6 bags of clothes.
They don't give you a time for the collection just a day, so you will have to be home all day until the driver decides to show up.
The drive never showed up, twice!
I lost 2 free days waiting and had to reschedule within a week.
They also don't even give you any confirmation by email or phone, and tell you that they will call you back but never do.
Just a waste of time, if you need to arrange a collection do yourself a favour and do it with another charity, cause it can't be any more disorganised than this.
